Call to regulate marketing of cosmetic surgery

 

In Japan, National Consumer Affairs Center (NCAC) published a report accusing cosmetic surgery businesses of aggressive and irresponsible marketing and encouraging customers to undergo high cost vanity procedures for little benefit.
