Our new series of concentrated half-day workshops will speedily bring you up to date on the latest thinking and techniques in dealing with campaigning groups. Venue is in Covent Garden, central London. Morning workshops run 9:30 to 12:45, followed by an optional discussion and Q&A over a light lunch. Afternoon workshops run 13:45 to 17:00.

Your trainer
Robert is one of Europe's leading experts on NGOs and activism. He has contributed numerous articles and papers to management and academic publications on the impact on activist groups on business and policy development, and has been interviewed widely, from the Financial Times and BBC Television News to Reuters Television and Swiss National Radio. He is a visiting lecturer to undergraduate and postgraduate courses at several UK universities and a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Communications Management.
